Policy and Grants Manger

Schedule: Hourly, full time, non-exempt (30–32 hours/week)

Compensation: $65-$75,000/year + competitive benefits allowance

Reports to: Executive Director

Location: Winooski, VT — including office, community, and remote work

About the position

The Policy and Grants manager will lead the WPP's policy and grant work in support of the mission of the organization. They will support the community as it considers policy changes to reduce substance use. The policy and grants manager will also manage grant tracking and applications. They will work closely with the Executive Director and the Substance Use Prevention Educator, community members, and regional public health partners.

Ideal candidates will have at least 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, relevant education and or skills, and bring energy, optimism, and follow-through.
